In our increasingly digitized world, in addition to being a high-quality transport service, data flow is becoming an increasingly important aspect in our industry in order to be successful in the long term.
For that reason, we have recently invested heavily in information technology and are pleased to be able to offer our local transport customers the following additional services:
Live POD:
In recent weeks, we have equipped our entire fleet with mobile data acquisition devices. The status of your shipment is recorded in real-time by our drivers and, if requested, sent to our local transport customers via e-mail.
For your import shipments, you will receive in real time by e-mail the delivery data, as well as a scan of your delivery receipt, as a PDF document.
K-Logistik customer portal:
In our K-Logistik customer portal, you have an overview of your orders and invoices.
Based on your own position number, you will find the following information about your shipments:
- Order and order history
- LBA approval certificate as PDF
- POD for download
- Related invoices and credits
Interface connection of your system:
With an adequate shipment volume, a direct connection from our customers' IT systems to our system is also possible.
Through our open interfaces, we support not only the usual formats such as EDIFACT and FORTRAS, but also customer-specific formats.
